The quintessential British summer beverage. Brimming with a floral and citrus flavour and the heady scent of elderflower, Norfolk Cordial's Wild Elderflower cordial has an outstandingly pure and fresh taste, perfect for hot summer days and pre-dinner drinks.

Ingredients:
Sugar, elderflower infusion 38% (water, fresh elderflowers - 133g elderflowers per 100ml), fresh lemon juice 11%, citric acid

Serving suggestion:
Mix one part cordial to 10 parts water (chilled sparkling water is best). Stir gently, garnish with a few ice cubes, a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint.

Storage:
Ambient (unopened) and once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 months.
