Refund policy

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

OUR POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, please return the goods, unused & unopened in it's original packaging within 30 days from purchase to: 

Crush Foods Ltd, Park Farm, Salle, Norfolk, NR10 4SG.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent to us via email (hello@crush-foods.com) or attached to the order.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Sign in to your account: Log in here - to start a return

2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

5. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

6. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund within 14 days of the product being received back with Crush Foods Ltd.

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund, exchange or credit will only be offered at the discretion of Crush Foods Ltd. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment - this could take between 3-7 working days dependant on your bank and timings.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Crush Foods Ltd, Park Farm, Salle, Norfolk, NR10 4SG.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Trade only - return policy

If you are a trade account and you would like to arrange a return, please email us at: orders@crush-foods.com

Returns are available on orders when we are notified within 48 hours of the order being delivered and the stock is unopened, undamaged. 

If the stock was ordered via your trade account on our website and have decided to return the stock we may charge a restocking fee of £8.99 (per order). 

This fee is optional - at the discretion of Crush Foods.
