Our traditional, twice-baked, Italian biscotti is made with an artisanal Moroccan twist, giving our biscuits a unique and rustic look with a moor-ish taste. While being egg and dairy free they are also a unique and delicious ‘free-from’ experience and, because of this our biscuits have a long shelf life. That said, they are unlikely to stay in your cupboard long. You’ll be surprised that such a great taste is possible without the usual biscuit making ingredients (of butter, milk and eggs). Light, super-yummy and crunchy enough to enjoy dunked in a hot drink, but not too crunchy to eat alone. All our biscuits are low in sugar, and made out of fresh, simple, natural ingredients, when you eat them you needn’t feel guilty at such a yummy pleasure.
Our range of bruschetta are perfect on their own, but also versatile enough to use with dips, as canapes or as croutons in a bowl of soup or on a salad. Bruschetta comes in a larger box than the biscotti (160g). Choose from three savoury flavours – Mediterranean, Rosemary and Olive Oil or Parmesan and Black Pepper, Mediterranean or one that’s slightly sweet – and spicy: Smoky Chilli.
