Every Chai Wallah has their own special recipe, and they are all delicious, fragrant and fabulous. We have been making chai elixirs since 1998, and our Mumbai Chai was crafted to deliver the true taste of an Indian street Chai, with the ease of use, consistency and functional flavours that Alchemy is famous for. We combine organic black tea with ginger, cinnamon, pepper, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom to make our Mumbai Chai Elixir a powerful, functional drink that can be enjoyed, hot or cold in plant milk or dairy.
