Sloe You Down!  A world award-winning, traditionally made Sloe Gin using Emma's Great Grandmother's original recipe. This gin starts it's life as our award-winning Dry gin. We make small batches, in milk churns, by soaking sloes with a little sugar and a lot of patience to create this rich and fruity gin.  All of our Sloes are hand-picked from the hedgerows around our farm and from the very trees where our predecessors used to harvest their sloes.  Best served over ice and whilst traditionally associated with Christmas, this gin makes a great summer cooler when combined with ginger ale or ginger flavoured tonics.
