Flint Vineyard - Silex Blanc [2023] - 750ml

Since its first release in 2017, the Flint Silex has been constantly developing. The blend changes every year in a quest to represent the best of each vintage.

Chardonnay leads, supported by Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris from Norfolk, Kent, and Essex. Whole-bunch pressing and slow fermentations in concrete egg and neutral oak build texture and balance, followed by 12 months on lees and a small addition of 2023 Chardonnay for further complexity. Lemon curd, white peach, almond, and a waxy finish define this poised step forward.
