Inspired by flavours of Louisiana, our signature BBQ sauce packs piquant punch. With the addition of hedgerow Elderflower, this sauce takes your slow cooked pork, meaty sausages, or chips to new heights. It’s the perfect every day dipper!

Prepared in small batches by hand in our Norwich kitchen.

INGREDIENTS: Tomatoes, Elderflower Vinegar (Sulphites) (25%), Brown Sugar, Onion, Garlic, Worcestershire Sauce (Barley, Fish), Herbs & Spices (Celery, Mustard), Salt, Xanthan Gum.
