Our Mini Flight has 4 small bars with origins at 70% and 80%.  The 70% Vietnam is the sweetest here and has notes of toffee and apple. Next is a traditional-profile 70% Grenada with notes of espresso and caramel, and the final 70% bar is the Brazil with some natural zingy fruitness and notes of chocolate limes and rose. Rounding off the collection is a surprisingly sweet 80% from Uganda with notes of orange zest and biscuit. Have fun tasting!

Flight includes a Tasting Scorecard with guide to Bean to Bar chocolate, and tips on how to taste to fully appreciate the differences in cacao from different regions.

Bars in the Super Dark Flight are 70-80% and made with just specialty cacao and sugar, so contain no added fat like palm oil or cocoa butter, no cocoa powder and no vanilla.
