Darkroom - 100% Belize Chocolate Bar 50g

We've taken all the learning from our 100% Philippines bars and applied it to a legendary cacao in craft chocolate circles, the Maya Mountain cacao from Belize. Somehow this is even better than the Philippines bar - slightly sweeter and slightly more rounded - and so we judged the premium price that this cacao commands to be worth it. 

We've exposed a truffle and chocolate torte note in this through an extended, super-light roast process and 4 day conch process. Six days from start to finished bar. Not sure how we could improve this. 

Made from just cacao beans, and not from pre-processed "cocoa mass" or cocoa liquor and made with no added fat (cocoa butter), cocoa powder, lecithin or vanilla.

ONE INGREDIENT: Belizean cacao.
