Chet Valley Vineyard - SISKIN (Solaris)

A Sustainably made artisan dry white wine made from the Solaris grape. Macerated for two days, then lightly pressed with a sequential malo-lactic fermentation offering a creamy nature to the wine.

A wine of intensity, showing flavours of apple, pear, lemon and melon.

Food pairing suggestions are with smoked fish, as well as with cheeses.
