Chet Valley Vineyard - ROBIN (Cabernet Noir)

A light red wine made from the Cabernet Noir grape, lightly pressed, with a two day maceration, followed by fermentation including a malo-lactic fermentation. Flavours of Mulberry, and red fruits, with some vanilla notes from the oak.

Light in tannin showing the red berry character of this grape.

Food pairing suggestions include roast chicken, pasta dishes and summer salads.
