Norfolk - Traditional Iced Christmas Fruit Cake

Round shaped fruit cake packed with fruit and glace cherries. Covered with maziapan and sugar paste. 

5-10 portions.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container. 

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
