Fennel Salami - Jam-packed with fennel and a hint of black peppercorns. This British salami is big on flavour and has been awarded two gold stars to boot. You can’t say fairer than that.
Red Wine & Thyme Salami - Red wine quite frankly, will add va-va-voom to almost any recipe and this salami is no exception. One of our best sellers.
Bresaola - Marsh Pig Bresaola has wafer thin slices of rare breed beef marinated with rosemary, thyme, and juniper berry. The beef is then air dried for 12 weeks. The result? A rich, complex flavour with a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Serve with rocket, dressed with oil and fresh lemon juice and most importantly Parmesan shavings, fabulous!
Lomo - Awarded a Gold star in the Great Taste awards. Our lomo has been gently infused in black pepper, sweet paprika and garlic for 1 week. It’s then air dried for at least 10 weeks. A labour of love that pays off with every bite.
Marsh Pig lovingly craft all their award-winning British charcuterie by hand. They believe only in the highest standard of welfare for British Livestock, and so only ever use Free Range Pork, sourced from within East Anglia. The pigs are reared slowly in the traditional way, living in a stress-free environment.
Using the finest quality cuts gives a lower fat content, resulting in charcuterie with a wonderful flavour and no greasy after taste.
