WHEN SHAKEN, THE FOAM ON TOP GIVES ADDED TEXTURE THAT MAKES THIS COCKTAIL FEEL AS LUXURIOUS AS A DESSERT.

Made with:
Premium coconut rum, Fairtrade coffee, Organic coconut blossom and vanilla with a touch of coffee liqueur and sea salt.
At just over 9g of sugar, this cocktail contains over 60% less sugar than your average espresso martini.

To serve:
Shake for 20 seconds hard with ice (use anything with a lid if you don't have a shaker).
Serve in a coupe or martini glass and garnish with coffee beans or a sprinkle of toasted coconut chips (yum).
P.S. The coffee liqueur and coffee is what gives a great foam, so for a big foam at home, add 10ml of coffee and shake hard!
