Your favourite cocktail is here!!! We've made it extra special, and in true Mindful Mixology style it's made with lovely ingredients and less sugar.
We've taken Fair Passionfruit Liqueur (reduced sugar, delicious and Fairtrade) and added passion fruit, apple, citrus and a splash of Vanilla-infused English vodka.
Did you know the average Passion Fruit Martini contains 16g of sugar and is over 224 calories? Ours contains just 3g of sugar per serve!
We tested this cocktail out to audiences at the Foodies Festival we attended, and feedback was fantastic!
To serve:
Shake with ice in a shaker (or a jam jar with a lid).
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with half a passion fruit and a shot of prosecco, champers or kombucha on the side!
For extra foam, or to reduce the ABV add 25ml of pineapple juice!
6-12 month shelf life.
Ambient temperature.
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks.
