Mindful Mixology - Norfolk Berry Bramble
The classic gin cocktail with our twist! We've combined London dry gin with raspberry, cranberry, citrus and a splash of Norfolk Blackberry from our friends at Norfolk Cordial. All of their berries are grown in Norfolk and their cordials are made with fewer sugars.
The results is a delicious blend of sweet and sharp, perfect over lashings of ice with an optional dash of soda.
To serve:
Pour in a short glass over crushed ice. Option to dash with soda. Serve with fresh berries and a lemon wheel.

All of our cocktails are vegan-friendly and have a shelf-life of at least 3 months in ambient temperatures. Once opened, best kept refrigerated and use within one month.
For a lower ABV serve:
This cocktail is so flavoursome you can easily adapt to a lower ABV by adding less mix and more soda.
6-12 month shelf life.
Ambient temperature.
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks.
