We have smoked this beautiful British Chorizo for 16 hours to give you a hint of smoke coupled with paprika, oregano & coriander. A real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:

Free range pork 80.82%, salt, paprika, dextrose, black pepper, oregano, coriander seeds, preservative (sodium nitrite). Gluten, Wheat and Lactose free.

154g of pork is used produce 100g of finished product.
