Marsh Pig - Whole Black Truffle Salami
Well on its first outing our Truffle Salami won ‘best new product’ at the Royal Norfolk Show so we have to say we think you will be pretty bowled over with this little truffly number.
Beautiful balance of black truffle, coupled with a hint of black pepper at the finish, giving a rich and unctuous full flavour. Great product to add to a Charcuterie platter or mixed into pasta for a special treat.
