A rapeseed oil-based egg-free mayo made with black garlic. Rich, sweet & tangy, this mayo goes with everything.

Eric’s Fish & Chips in Norfolk harks back to the traditional British fish and chip restaurants of the past, blending that nostalgia with a modern European menu influence. The aim, then and now, was to make fish & chips the way they should be – simple, fresh and tasty using the best local ingredients.

The same vision has been applied to Eric's awesome range of sauces. Recipes dreamed up by Eric Snaith himself in his award-winning fish & chip shop in Thornham on the North Norfolk Coast & brought to life in a jar by us at Crush Foods. 

Ingredients:
Cold-pressed Rapeseed Oil, Refined Rapeseed Oil, Filtered Water, White Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Black Garlic Puree (3.4%), Sugar, Salt, Pea Protein, Garlic Powder, Xantham Gum, Colour: Vegetable Carbon (1%).
