A drizzle of sweet Elderflower Vinegar over fruit brings it to life or mix it with some of our cold pressed oil to create the ideal salad dressing. This is a gluten-free vinegar which is also suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

A robust yet floral Vinegar. Great with game. A fantastic marinade for pigeon. Drizzle over green vegetables. A good accompaniment to oily fish such as mackerel

Once opened use within 2 years.
