I only wanted to make an Elderflower Posh Pop if it could be truly amazing! I experimented and was delighted that it was awarded a Great Taste Award by the Guild of Fine Food the first year I made it. Judges commented ‘a delicious,authentic, elderflower drink. A grown up drink with true elderflower mustiness. We felt there was an honesty about this product. Delicious!’
Our classic Elderflower fabulous sparkling Posh Pop! It's a refreshing summery taste with floral notes that dance in the mouth....and only 80 calories per bottle.
Our rather special Elderflower won a Great Taste 1 Star in 2016 with judges commenting: ‘well balanced flavours…..not too sweet……nicely carbonated with no harshness to the bubbles’.
Ingredients: Carbonated spring water, sugar, elderflower infusion, citric acid, preservative (potassium sorbate) to preserve freshness.
