Method:

In a mug: Take four teaspoons (25g) of chocolate powder and stir in one teaspoon of boiling water to make a paste. Then gently pour in 250ml of your preferred hot frothy milk stirring as you go.

In a pan: Using the same measurements as above. Put cold milk in a pan, add the chocolate powder and slowly heat whilst stirring until simmering. Then all that’s left is to pour it into your favourite mug, find a quiet spot and enjoy!
