A White Chocolate like no other…

Before its made some of the sugar and milk powders are removed and used with a touch of butter to make a caramel which is then added back into the mix to make a naturally caramel flavoured chocolate. The addition of some espresso then makes for something sweet & creamy with gentle richness running through it from the coffee and caramel that is usually found in milk or dark chocolates.

One to savour with a tall iced coffee on a hot day.
