Our fabulous grown up lemonade. A more modern take on a traditional classic,the sloe juice gives it a lovely pink hue. ...and the rose water gives it a floral burst. ...my version of a Pink Lemonade.
So pretty – and so tasty too! The wonderful colour of our Sloe & Rose Lemonade first attracts people and then one sip and they are smitten [it’s hard not to be]. We use a touch of sloe juice to give it a lovely pink hue, and a dash of rose water to add a floral complexity. I was inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine which uses lots of citrus and rose. It’s a drink that took plenty of work to get exactly perfect!
It works so well as a mixer with gin, or just straight up in a glass with ice. However you drink it, enjoy!
Ingredients: Carbonated spring water, sugar, sloe juice from concentrate (4%), whole lemon fruit concentrate, citric acid, natural flavourings, preservative (potassium sorbate).
